This was a difficult purchase with multiple offers and a seller who was very difficult. Celia is very experienced and it shows in the negotiating process where a combination of her skill and charming manner got the deal for us. 
it was a difficult escrow as the sellers were divorcing and our lender was slow.Celia got us an extension so as to have a few days extra for the lender to perform, this in the face of backup offers for more than we paid. 
This was an investment property and Celia helped pick it for us. it is worth about 25% more than our purchase price based on sales of similar houses on the same block. 
Although based in Mammoth, I would always ask Celia to negotiate purchases of real estate for us anywhere in California.
