I have lived in Mammoth for most of my life and understand the extraordinary experience that is Mammoth. I know where to eat, where to stay, where to hike and where to ski. I have sold real estate in Mammoth since 1993 and have extensive knowledge of the real estate market, advising clients with the confidence of many years of experience.

I am a licensed Broker, a member of the Mammoth Lakes Board of Realtors, the Beverly Hills and Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I have served as a director for our Board of Realtors several times. Having begun selling real estate in 1992, I opened and managed Intrawest’s Discovery Center in 1998, assisting the sales team to promote and sell the flagship projects and to inform clients about the development plans. From that point, I developed a strong real estate practice, specializing in listing and selling residential properties.

I enjoy developing a rapport with each client, understanding what they are looking for so that I can assist them reach their goals.  I try to be well informed, both locally and globally. My goal is long term: to have my clients look back years later with comfort, knowing that I served them well.

I am very familiar with all aspects of the process of listing and selling: my approach is to market homes for sale comprehensively, utilizing Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, social media and other online sites. However, I find that in this locale, print ads can be effective as well and I advertise in each issue of the Mammoth Times and The Real Estate Book. I can also help sellers stage their homes to emphasize the best aspects of the property.

I am a trained and skilled negotiator who understands the art of bringing people together to achieve their goals. I have closed many, many escrows throughout the years. It helps that I am highly organized, anticipating the obstacles that can arise during escrow and working always to navigate smoothly to bring about the best possible outcome for my clients.
